Abstract:Objective:To provide guidance and reference for primary breast lymphoma research by visualizing and analyzing the literature on primary breast lymphoma and comprehensively presenting and analyzing its research status, research hotspots and development trends. Methods:The Web of Science(WOS)core database was searched for research articles related to primary breast lymphoma published from 2001-2021,and the full records of the search results with cited references were exported in plain text format, and CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was applied to perform visual analysis. Results:A total of 1899 articles meeting the requirements were finally included, with an upward trend in the number of articles published, although fluctuating, and the journals published were mainly concentrated in the pharmaceutical/medical/ clinical fields Cluster analysis of co-citations in the literature revealed that the hot topic of PBL in recent years mainly revolves around BIA-ALCL,which is distinct from systemic ALCL with unique biological behaviours. Conclusion:The application of CiteSpace to analyze the relevant literature on primary breast lymphoma over the past 20 years demonstrates the current trend of publications on this topic, reveals the hot spots and directions of research, and has important reference value for the in-depth study of primary breast lymphoma. Keywords : Primary breast lymphoma(PBL);Breast implant-associated anaplastic large-cell lymphoma(BIA-ALCL);Bibliometrics;Knowledge maps;CiteSpace
