Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of targeted complication prevention and precise management plan in endoscopic thyroid surgery, and analyze its impact on the incidence of complications, quality of life, recovery process, and medical satisfaction of patients. Method: 88 patients who underwent endoscopic thyroid surgery in a certain hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(44 cases, conventional surgical procedures and complication management)and an experimental group(44 cases, enhanced complication prevention+ precision management strategy)according to the intervention plan. Compare the incidence of complications, quality of life (5 dimensions including physical function and role function),recovery indicators(surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, length of hospital stay),and medical satisfaction between two groups. The incidence of complications in the control group (6.82%)was significantly lower than that in the experimental group(18.18%)(P<0.05);The scores of various dimensions of quality of life in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group (P<0.05),among which the scores of physical function(81.7 ± 4.41)and role function(82.5 ± 5.55)were better than those of the corresponding dimensions in the experimental group; In terms of recovery indicators, the surgical time of the control group (102.5 ±18.3)minutes was longer than that of the experimental group (85.2 ± 15.6) minutes, but the intraoperative blood loss (28.6 ± 9.4) ml was less than that of the experimental group(45.3 ± 12.7) ml. The length of hospital stay (2.8 ±0.8)days was shorter than that of the experimental group (4.2 ± 1.1)days (P<0.05);The medical satisfaction rate of the control group was 95.45% higher than that of the experimental group, which was 81.82%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The conventional surgical plan has a better effect on preventing complications in endoscopic thyroid surgery, which can improve patients' quality of life, reduce intraoperative bleeding, shorten hospital stay, and have higher medical satisfaction. In clinical application,it is necessary to balance surgical efficiency and safety and optimize the complication prevention system.
