中药方剂结合药浴在湿疹治疗中的应用研究

摘要：目的：分析中医内科治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法：在本院于2024年3月-2025年3月收治的湿疹患者中随机挑选100例病患为实验对象，使用随机分组法将患者平均分配到对照组与观察组，每组50例患者。对照组进行西药治疗，观察组进行中医内科治疗。结果：在治疗有效率，瘙痒、皮损症状改善程度，机体炎症反应改善程度，生活质量方面观察组均高于对照组，p＜0.05具有统计学意义；且观察组的治疗不良反应发生率低于对照组，p＜0.05具有统计学意义。结论：采用中医内科治疗方法能够有效提升疗效，治疗安全系数高，症状缓解明显。

Research on the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions Combined with Medicinal Baths in the Treatment of Eczema

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese internal medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods：Among the eczema patients admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025，100 patients were randomly selected as the experimental subjects. The patients were evenly distributed into the control group and the observation group by random grouping method，with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine，while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese internal medicine. Results：In terms of the effective rate of treatment，the improvement degree of pruritus and skin lesion symptoms，the improvement degree of the body's inflammatory response，and the quality of life，the observation group was higher than the control group. p < 0.05 was statistically significant. Moreover，the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and p < 0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion：The application of traditional Chinese internal medicine treatment methods can effectively enhance therapeutic effects，has a high safety factor，and significantly alleviates symptoms.
