补阳还五汤辨证加减治疗继发性闭经的疗效观察

摘要：目的：探究继发性闭经患者采用补阳还五汤辨证加减治疗的效果。方法：选取在院的80例继发性闭经患者为研究对象，借助随机数字表法将选出的患者划分为研究组（n=40例）及对照组（n=40例）分别行常规西药+补阳还五汤辨证加减治疗与常规西药治疗。分析两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果：研究组治疗有效性较高，为97.50%，高于对照组的70.00%（P＜0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的20.00%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，研究组降调查简表中各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：继发性闭经患者采用补阳还五汤辨证加减治疗，可提升患者症状改善水平，保证治疗安全性，降低疾病对患者日常生活的影响，值得临床推广使用。

Observation on the effect of Bu Yang Hui Wu Tang on secondary amenorrhea patients by means of syndrome differentiation and subtraction

Abstract：Purpose：To investigate the effect of Bu Yang Hui Wu Tang on secondary amenorrhea patients by means of syndrome differentiation and subtraction. Methods：Eighty cases of secondary amenorrhea inpatients were selected as research objects，and the selected patients were divided into a study group （n = 40） and a control group （n = 40） using a random number table method. The study group received routine western medicine + Bu Yang Hui Wu Tang syndrome differentiation and subtraction treatment，while the control group received routine western medicine treatment. The therapeutic effects and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed. Results：The study group had a higher effectiveness rate of 97.50%，which was higher than that of the control group at 70.00% （P < 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%，lower than that of the control group at 20.00% （P < 0.05）. After treatment，all dimensions of the SF-36 Health Survey scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion：For secondary amenorrhea patients，the use of Bu Yang Hui Wu Tang with syndrome differentiation and subtraction can improve the level of symptom improvement，ensure treatment safety，reduce the impact of the disease on patients' daily life，and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
