Abstract:Objective:To compare the effects of different methods in the treatment of chronic lower extremity venous ulcers. Method:From June 2022 to June 2024,100 patients with chronic lower extremity venous ulcers who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment plans. The control group received conventional varicose vein surgery combined with debridement, and the ulcer surface was treated with dressing change every other day after the operation. The surgical treatment plan of the observation group was the same as that of the control group. However, negative pressure aspiration and drainage were continuously performed on the ulcer surface for 7 days after the operation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Result:The improvement of inflammatory factors in the ulcer wound tissue of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The degree of wound pain in the observation group was milder than that in the control group, and the recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Negative pressure aspiration therapy can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of chronic lower extremity venous ulcer wound tissues, and it can provide favorable conditions for autologous skin transplantation of patients' wounds.
