骨痹通消颗粒联合中药热敷治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死疗效观察研究

摘要:目的:观察骨痹通消颗粒联合中药热敷治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死(ONFH)的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供中医特色方案参考。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月本院收治的64例早期非创伤性ONFH患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组32例。对照组采用单纯中药热敷治疗,观察组采用骨痹通消颗粒联合中药热敷治疗,两组均连续治疗3个疗程(每个疗程4周)。比较两组患者治疗前后的髋关节功能评分(Harris)、中医证候积分(疼痛、关节僵硬、活动受限)、血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度),并评估临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者Harris评分均显著升高,中医证候积分及血液流变学指标均显著降低,且观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨痹通消颗粒联合中药热敷治疗早期非创伤性ONFH,可有效改善患者髋关节功能,减轻中医证候,优化血液流变学状态,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Observation and study on the therapeutic effect of Gubitongxiao granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress on early non traumatic femoral head necrosis

Abstract:Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of Gubitongxiao granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in the treatment of early non traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH),and provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment plans for clinical treatment. Method: 64 early non traumatic ONFH patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with simple traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,while the observation group was treated with Gubitongxiao granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 courses of treatment(4 weeks per course). Compare the hip joint function scores(Harris),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(pain,joint stiffness,limited mobility),and hemorheological indicators(whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity)of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and evaluate the clinical efficacy. After treatment,both groups of patients showed a significant increase in Harris scores,a significant decrease in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and hemorheological indicators,and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,significantly higher than the control group's 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Gubitongxiao granules and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can effectively improve the hip joint function of patients with early non traumatic ONFH,alleviate traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,optimize the hemorheological state,and have definite clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
