Exploring the Impact of Follow-up Care on Psychological Status and Quality of Life in Liver Transplant Patients After Intervention

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the changes in psychological status and quality of life in liver transplant patients after receiving continuous nursing intervention. Methods:A total of 64 liver transplant patients admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into a control group(32 cases receiving conventional nursing)and an observation group(32 cases receiving continuous nursing)using a random table method. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results:The observation group showed superior improvement in psychological status and quality of life compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status and enhance the quality of life in liver transplant patients.
