Abstract:Against the backdrop of population aging, sanatoriums mainly admit patients with chronic diseases, those receiving postoperative rehabilitation, and frail elderly individuals requiring recuperative care. Conventional extensive nursing management suffers from drawbacks including ambiguous workflows, inadequate risk control, insufficient personalized care, and the absence of a closed-loop mechanism for quality improvement. Relying on standardized procedures, hierarchical quality control,multi-dimensional interventions and a dynamic feedback system, refined nursing management has become a core management approach to sustainably elevate nursing quality in sanatoriums. This paper analyzes recent practices of refined nursing management in sanatoriums, clarifies its connotations, implementation pathways and effectiveness in multi-scenario applications, and discusses existing challenges. Combined with characteristic models such as day care, traditional Chinese medicine health rehabilitation, and health education for chronic diseases, optimization strategies are proposed. The findings provide credible references for continuous improvement of nursing quality and the construction of a full-cycle recuperative care system in sanatoriums.
