针灸针安全收集感应手套设计思路与性能研究

摘要:目的:设计并评估一种新型针灸针安全收集感应手套,旨在解决针灸临床操作中针灸针回收困 难、操作人员针刺伤风险高以及感应器清洁维护不便等问题。方法:采用手套组件与可拆卸感应组件相 结合的结构设计方案。手套组件包括防割手套本体、五指指尖分布的第一感应器及腕部魔术贴固定装置; 感应组件通过弹性卡扣式拆装机构固定于手套背面,内置金属感应器。对装置的金属探测灵敏度、感应 器拆装便捷性、防护性能及清洗消毒效果进行了系统性测试。结果:该手套对直径为 0.20-0.40 mm 的 针灸针探测成功率达 98.7%;感应器拆装时间平均为 3.2±0.5 s;防割层可承受 3.5 N 的针刺穿透力; 经 50 次拆卸安装循环后,卡扣结构的锁紧力衰减率低于 5%。可拆卸设计使手套本体可进行高温高压蒸 汽灭菌,灭菌合格率达 100%。结论:该针灸针安全收集感应手套在金属探测灵敏度、感应器拆装便捷性 及防护性能方面表现优异,有效降低了针回收过程中的针刺伤风险,同时解决了清洁消毒难题,具有较 高的临床推广价值。

Design Idea and Performance Study of Induction Glove for Safe Collection of Acupuncture Needles

Abstract:Objective:To design and evaluate a novel induction glove for safe collection of acupuncture needles,so as to solve the problems of difficult recovery of acupuncture needles,high risk of needlestick injuries for operators,and inconvenient cleaning and maintenance of sensors in clinical acupuncture practice. Methods:A structural design scheme combining glove assembly and detachable induction assembly was adopted. The glove assembly consists of a cut-resistant glove body,first sensors distributed at the fingertips of five fingers,and a wrist Velcro fixing device. The induction assembly is fixed on the back of the glove through an elastic buckle disassembly mechanism with built-in metal sensors. Systematic tests were carried out on the metal detection sensitivity,disassembly convenience of sensors,protective performance and cleaning & disinfection effect of the device. Results:The detection success rate of the glove for acupuncture needles with a diameter of 0.20–0.40 mm reached 98.7%;the average disassembly and assembly time of the sensor was 3.2±0.5 s;the cut-resistant layer could withstand acupuncture penetration force of 3.5 N;after 50 cycles of disassembly and assembly,the locking force attenuation rate of the buckle structure was less than 5%. The detachable design enables the glove body to undergo high-temperature and high-pressure steam sterilization with a sterilization pass rate of 100%. Conclusion:The induction glove for safe collection of acupuncture needles has excellent performance inmetal detection sensitivity,sensor disassembly convenience and protective performance. It can effectively reduce the risk of needlestick injuries during needle recovery,solve the difficulty of cleaning and disinfection,and has high clinical promotion value.
