手术室护理路径在腹腔镜手术护理中的效果探讨

摘要：目的：探讨手术室护理路径在腹腔镜手术护理中的应用效果，为优化腹腔镜手术护理流程、提升护理质量与患者预后提供实践依据。方法：选取2023年1月-2024年6月在本院行腹腔镜手术的患者180例，按随机数字表法分为观察组（90例）与对照组（90例）。对照组采用腹腔镜手术常规护理，观察组实施标准化手术室护理路径，涵盖术前评估与准备、术中精准配合、术后复苏与交接全流程规范化干预。比较两组患者手术相关指标、护理不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果：观察组手术准备时间（23.5±4.2）min、术中器械交接耗时（1.8±0.5）min、术后复苏时间（28.3±6.5）min均显著短于对照组（31.2±5.7）min、（3.2±0.8）min、（36.7±7.8）min（P<0.05）；观察组护理不良事件发生率为2.22%，显著低于对照组的12.22%（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度为97.78%，高于对照组的85.56%（P<0.05）。结论：手术室护理路径可优化腹腔镜手术护理流程，缩短手术相关耗时，降低不良事件风险，提升患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Exploration of the Effect of Operating Room Nursing Pathway in Laparoscopic Surgery Nursing

Abstract：Objective：To explore the application effect of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic surgery nursing，and provide practical basis for optimizing laparoscopic surgery nursing process，improving nursing quality and patient prognosis. Method: 180 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group（90 cases）and a control group（90 cases）using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care during laparoscopic surgery，while the observation group implemented a standardized operating room nursing pathway，covering preoperative evaluation and preparation，precise intraoperative cooperation，postoperative recovery，and standardized intervention throughout the entire process of handover. Compare surgical related indicators，incidence of nursing adverse events，and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. The results showed that the preparation time for surgery in the observation group（23.5 ±4.2）minutes，the time for instrument handover during surgery（1.8±0.5）minutes，and the postoperative recovery time （28.3±6.5）minutes were significantly shorter than those in the control group（31.2±5.7）minutes，（3.2±0.8）minutes，and（36.7±7.8）minutes（P<0.05）；The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 2.22%，significantly lower than the 12.22% in the control group （P<0.05）；The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.78%，which was higher than the 85.56% of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion: The nursing pathway in the operating room can optimize the nursing process of laparoscopic surgery，shorten surgery related time，reduce the risk of adverse events，and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
