Abstract:Objective:To compare and analyze the postoperative analgesic effect and adverse reactions of anesthesia assisted by different doses of nalbuphine in surgical patients,so as to explore a safe and efficient clinical dosage. Methods: A total of 50 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were randomly divided into low-dose group and high-dose group, with 25 cases in each group. Both groups adopted unified anesthesia protocol, and were given different doses of nalbuphine for adjuvant anesthesia during operation. The postoperative analgesia scores at different time points, total effective rate of analgesia and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative VAS pain scores at all time points in the high-dose group were lower than those in the low-dose group, and the total effective rate of analgesia was higher(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions such as dizziness, nausea and respiratory depression in the low-dose group was significantly lower than that in the high-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Medium-low dose nalbuphine can balance analgesic effect and medication safety. It can greatly reduce the risk of adverse reactions while ensuring basic postoperative analgesia, which is suitable for routine clinical promotion. High-dose nalbuphine has better analgesic effect but poor safety, and the applicable population should be strictly controlled.
