风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用探讨

摘要：目的：手术室作为医院高风险医疗场所，其护理工作直接关系到手术患者的生命安全与治疗效果，风险管理的重要性尤为凸显。方法：本研究选取某院2023年1月-12月实施常规护理管理的80例手术患者作为对照组，另选取2024年1月-12月实施风险管理的80例手术患者作为观察组，通过对比两组护理不良事件发生率、患者满意度及护理质量评分，探讨风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。结果：观察组护理不良事件发生率（2.50%）显著低于对照组（11.25%），患者满意度（97.50%）及护理质量评分[（95.36±3.21）分]均显著高于对照组[86.25%、（82.14±4.57）分]，差异具有统计学意义（P05）。结论：在手术室护理管理中应用风险管理可有效降低护理不良事件风险，提升护理质量与患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Exploration of the Application of Risk Management in Operating Room Nursing Management

Abstract：Objective:As a high-risk medical facility in hospitals，the nursing work in the operating room directly affects the life safety and treatment effectiveness of surgical patients，and the importance of risk management is particularly prominent. Methods:This study selected 80 surgical patients who underwent routine nursing management in a certain hospital from January to December 2023 as the control group，and another 80 surgical patients who underwent risk management from January to December 2024 as the observation group. By comparing the incidence of nursing adverse events，patient satisfaction，and nursing quality scores between the two groups，the application effect of risk management in operating room nursing management was explored. The results showed that the incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group （2.50%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （11.25%），and the patient satisfaction rate （97.50%） and nursing quality score [（95.36 ± 3.21） points] were significantly higher than those in the control group [86.25%，（82.14 ± 4.57） points]，with statistical significance （P05）. Conclusion: The application of risk management in operating room nursing management can effectively reduce the risk of nursing adverse events，improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction，and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
