静疗小组护理干预在肿瘤化疗患者 PICC 置管后护理中的效果分析 |

摘要：目的：浅析给予接受化疗的肿瘤患者进行PICC置管后开展静疗小组护理对于降低并发症、提升管道管理质量的意义。方法：2023年11月我院成立静疗小组，以2023年1月至10月期间收治的30例在肿瘤科接受化疗的患者为对照组，使用常规护理；2023年11月至2024年7月接受同样治疗的30例肿瘤患者为观察组，该组患者接受静疗小组护理干预，对比效果。结果：观察组和对照组患者的一次穿刺成功率为96.67%护80.00%，两组置管成功率分别为93.33%、73.33%；观察组的SAS和SDS量表分数均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗并发症发生率上，观察组和对照组分别为3.33%及20.00%。结论：静疗小组使用后，能够有效提升肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管管理效果，减少患者负担，值得推荐使用.

Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention by the quiet therapy group in the post-PICC catheterization care of tumor chemotherapy patients |

Abstract：Objective：To analyze the significance of intravenous therapy group nursing for patients undergoing chemotherapy with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) placement in reducing complications and improving catheter management quality. Methods：In November 2023，our hospital established an intravenous therapy group. Thirty patients undergoing chemotherapy in the oncology department from January to October 2023 served as the control group and received conventional nursing care. Thirty tumor patients undergoing the same treatment from November 2023 to July 2024 served as the observation group and received intravenous therapy group nursing intervention. The effects were compared. Results: The one-time puncture success rate for patients in the observation group and control group was 96.67% and 80.00%，respectively; the catheter placement success rates were 93.33% and 73.33%，respectively. The SAS and SDS scale scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of treatment complications was 3.33% in the observation group and 20.00% in the control group. Conclusion： The use of intravenous therapy group nursing can effectively improve the management effect of PICC placement in tumor chemotherapy patients，reduce patient burden，and is worth recommending.
