结构化急诊护理路径在急诊科患者中的应用研究

摘要：目的：探讨结构化急诊护理路径在急诊科患者中的应用效果，为优化急诊护理方案提供依据。方法：选取2023年1月—2024年1月某院急诊科收治的240例患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为干预组（120例，实施结构化急诊护理路径）与对照组（120例，实施常规急诊护理）。比较两组患者焦虑抑郁（SAS、SDS）评分、自理能力（降知识、自理责任等维度）及护理满意度、救治成功率。结果：干预组SAS（59.78±3.64）分、SDS（58.87±2.31）分均低于对照组（65.48±4.35、67.54±4.27）分，自理能力各维度评分、护理满意度（95.00%）及救治成功率（100.00%）均高于对照组（83.33%、86.67%），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：结构化急诊护理路径可缓解急诊科患者焦虑抑郁情绪，提升其自理能力与护理满意度，保障救治效果，值得临床推广。

Application research of structured emergency nursing pathway in emergency department patients

Abstract：Objective：To explore the application effect of structured emergency nursing pathway in emergency department patients，and provide a basis for optimizing emergency nursing plans. Method: 240 patients admitted to the emergency department of a certain hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an intervention group（120 cases，implementing structured emergency nursing pathway）and a control group（120 cases，implementing routine emergency nursing）using a random number table method. Compare the anxiety and depression（SAS，SDS）scores，self-care ability（health knowledge，self-care responsibility，etc.），nursing satisfaction，and treatment success rate between two groups of patients. The SAS（59.78 ± 3.64）and SDS（58.87 ± 2.31）scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group（65.48 ± 4.35，67.54 ± 4.27），while the scores of self-care ability，nursing satisfaction（95.00%），and treatment success rate（100.00%）were higher than those of the control group（83.33%，86.67%），and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion: The structured emergency nursing pathway can alleviate anxiety and depression in emergency department patients，improve their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction，ensure treatment effectiveness，and is worthy of clinical promotion.
